Keine Anmeldegebühr oder andere Fixkosten (Werbemittel mit Firmenlogo kostenfrei). Katalogeintragung mit Adresse in Print und Online inkludiert! Zahlungsbedingungen bzw. Reservierung: Die Flächenmiete ist prinzipiell binnen der in der Rechnung angegebenen Zahlungsfrist zu begleichen, da sonst keine Garantie für den Ausstellungsplatz gegeben werden kann. Die Ausstellungsleitung behält sich vor, günstige Plätze an Erst-Zahlende zu vergeben. Mit der Unterschrift akzeptiert der Unterzeichner die Messebedingungen. Standbau und -ausstattung (Wände, Mobiliar etc.) ist anmietbar oder kann selbst beigestellt werden.

Minimum exhibition space 6m² (aisle/corner stand) resp. 24m² (peninsula stand), price for empty space (without stand equipment) for the duration of the fair. No registration or other fees, advertisement material for the exhibitor free of charge (some incl. logo)! Catalog entry incl. address print and online is included! Payment conditions: For a reservation of the stand payment has to be made within the payment deadline stated on the invoice. It is the right of the fair organiser to assign stand positions according to the “first pay, first serve” principle. By signing this registration the exhibitor accepts the Fair Terms and Conditions. Stand equipment (walls, furniture etc.) can be ordered with the form F03 or provided by the exhibitor.

BabyExpo Gutscheinheft / Voucher book

Das Gutscheinheft wird allen BesucherInnen gratis am Eingang ausgegeben und bietet die ideale Möglichkeit für Bewerbung des Standes mit Angeboten, Goodies oder Gewinnspielen, kann aber auch zur Bewerbung nachträglicher Aktionen in Shops oder online verwendet werden.
The voucher book is handed out to all visitors free of charge at the entrance and offers the ideal opportunity to advertise the stand with offers, goodies or competitions, but can also be used to advertise subsequent promotions in stores or online.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail (please also check your spam folder!), the binding confirmation will follow in a separate e-mail, invoicing approx. 6 weeks before the trade fair (unless earlier is requested).

Terms of payment or reservation: The rental fee for the space must always be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice, otherwise no guarantee can be given for the exhibition space. The exhibition management reserves the right to allocate favourable spaces to first-time payers.
